SnapLok® Rotary Cleaning Systems

Accessible Customer Service Policy

Policy last updated:

Overview

Customers with disabilities deserve the same high level of service given to any other customer. At SnapLok® Rotary Cleaning Systems (“SnapLok”) we believe this is simply common courtesy as well as good customer service.

As an online-only retailer, all goods and services provided by SnapLok — including our website, mobile experience, order and support channels, and communications — are intended to be accessible to and usable by people with disabilities.

Consistent with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), SnapLok does not discriminate on the basis of disability and is committed to giving customers with disabilities full and equal access to our products, services, and online store. Where a customer is unable to use any part of our website, we will provide the same products, information, and assistance through an alternative accessible method.

Website and Digital Accessibility

Because SnapLok operates exclusively online, our website and digital storefront are the primary way customers access our goods and services. We are committed to designing, building, and maintaining our website so that people with disabilities can browse, shop, checkout, and manage their accounts independently.

We are actively working to bring our website into conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, and we expect to meet this standard by . As part of this work, we are reviewing our site and any new features against these guidelines, which include support for keyboard navigation with a clearly visible focus indicator, sufficient color contrast, meaningful text alternatives for images, properly labeled forms and buttons, and content that works with common assistive technology.

While this work is underway, if any part of our website or a specific feature is not yet accessible to you, we will provide an accessible alternative on request so that no customer is prevented from completing a purchase or getting help.

Assistive Technology

We are committed to serving people with disabilities who use assistive technology to obtain, use, or benefit from our goods and services. Customers may use their own assistive technology — such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, voice recognition software, alternative input devices, or captioning tools — when accessing SnapLok’s website, content, and support channels. We work to ensure our digital experience is compatible with commonly used assistive technology.

Communication

We will communicate with people with disabilities in ways that take into account their disability. Customers can reach us through more than one channel, so they can choose the option that works best for them.

Assistance from Another Person

We are committed to serving customers with disabilities who choose to have another person assist them. A customer may have a friend, family member, caregiver, or other authorized representative help them place an order, manage their account, or communicate with our support team on their behalf, subject to reasonable verification to protect the customer’s account and personal information.

SnapLok does not charge any additional fee when a customer with a disability is assisted by another person, and we will not require a customer to interact with us without the help of the person they have chosen.

Feedback and Reporting an Accessibility Barrier

SnapLok welcomes feedback on how well we are serving customers with disabilities, and we especially want to hear from you if you run into any difficulty using our website or completing a purchase. If any part of our site is not accessible to you, please tell us — we will help you get the product, information, or assistance you were trying to reach, and we will work to fix the underlying problem.
